甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)是常见的甲状腺疾患,但其病情发展过程中所伴发的高肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)血症国内少有报告。本文分析1995年以来在我院住院的19例甲减患者的血清酶学改变,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 19例患者中,男4例,女15例,年龄30～76岁,平均46±12.7岁,病程2个月至7年,大多(15/19)1年左右。全部病例均具有不同程度的甲减症状,并且血FT_3(正常值2.2～6.8pmol/L)和(或)FT_4(正常值10.3～25.7pmol/L)降低及TSH升高(正常值0.3～5mU/L),另外做心电图检查均除外急性心肌梗塞 Hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) is a common thyroid disease, but its development in the course of the disease associated with high blood creatine kinase (CPK) rarely reported in China.
