目的探讨老年冠心病患者行介入治疗后常见并发症及其护理方法。方法回顾性分析在我院治疗的65例老年冠心病患者的临床资料,分析患者行介入手术治疗后出现的并发症和并发症的护理措施。结果老年冠心病患者行介入治疗后共有7例患者发生并发症,其中严重心律失常1例,消化道出血1例,尿潴留1例,穿刺部位出血3例,血管迷走神经反射1例。所有并发症患者经对症治疗和护理均恢复并康复出院。结论老年冠心病患者行介入手术治疗前应做好各种准备措施,通过有效的护理措施可有效减少并发症的发生,对患者治疗具有重要的临床意义,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the common complications and nursing methods of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy. Methods The clinical data of 65 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The nursing measures of complications and complications after interventional operation were analyzed. Results Complications occurred in 7 patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy. Among them, 1 was severe arrhythmia, 1 was gastrointestinal bleeding, 1 was urinary retention, 3 was bleeding at puncture site and 1 was vasovagal nerve reflex. All symptomatic patients were recovered and discharged after symptomatic treatment and nursing. Conclusion Elderly patients with coronary heart disease should take various preparation measures before interventional therapy. Effective nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, which has important clinical significance for patients’ treatment and high clinical value.
