中国电信业通过体制改革 ,寡头垄断竞争的市场格局已经初步形成。在电信业务最主要的几个领域 ,我国均有两个主要参与者 ,提供相似的产品 ,构成了典型的寡头竞争市场结构。在这样一种市场上 ,电信厂商的最佳策略行为是与对手展开激烈的竞争 ,以最大化自己的市场份额和利润。中国电信企业应该积极利用国外的资金和技术 ,使中国电信业向宽带化、智能化、综合化和个性化发展 ,提高市场竞争能力 ,利用各种有利因素实现电信资源的优化配置 China’s telecom industry through institutional reform, oligopoly competition in the market structure has been initially formed. In the most important areas of telecommunications business, there are two main players in our country that provide similar products and constitute the typical oligopolistic market structure. In such a market, the best strategic behavior of telecom firms is to fierce competition with their rivals to maximize their market share and profits. Chinese telecom companies should make good use of foreign capital and technology so that the telecom industry in China will develop into a broadband, intelligent, integrated and individualized market, improve market competitiveness and utilize various favorable factors to optimize the allocation of telecom resources
