大学生就业是当前一个严峻的问题关系社会稳定、学校发展、家庭和谐、充分研究毕业生就业工作，并将就业工作列为学校工作的重要内容来抓，是学校管理者一个重要的研究课题。将就业工作纳入程式化管理，让学生知晓自己在什么时段，完成什么任务，如何办理，达到什么目的，从而有效帮助学生成功就业。
