为办好师范院校的环境工程专业，通过 SWOT分析的方法，结果表明：优势在于环境问题需要更多的环境工程专业人才，劣势在于师范院校传统办学理念及学生实习与就业等，机遇在于环保产业处于高速发展期，威胁来源于全国有近500所及湖南有近10所高校开设了环境工程专业。并提出了以生物为背景、以培养方案为纽带、以实践为基础、以创业为指导，构建具有生物特色的人才培养、教学与就业基地、创新创业能力工程专业培养体系。“,”In order to run the major of environment engineering well in normal university,the method of SWOT analysis is used. The results showed that the advantage is that the problem of environment needs more environment engineering professional tal-ent,the disadvantage is the traditional concept of running the school and the students internship and employment,the opportu-nity is that the environmental industry is in high-speed development period and the threat comes from the fact that the whole country has nearly 500 universities and colleges and nearly 10 universities and colleges in Hunan province have opened the major of environmental engineering.Some suggestions are proposed.That is,taking the biology as the background,training program as the ligament,practice as the base and business startups as the guidance to construct a base of talents training,teaching and em-ployment with biological characteristics and an engineering training system with abilities of innovation and business startups.
