目的:建立β-蒎烯在连翘种子油纳米乳中含量的测定方法。方法:采取GC法,HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30mm×0.32mm×0.25μm),程序升温,FID检测器,载气为氮气。结果:β-蒎烯进样浓度在0.453 2~2.266 0mg/mL(R~2=0.997 4)范围内呈良好线性,β-蒎烯平均回收率为101.30%,RSD=1.50%(n=6),β-蒎烯平均含量为232.87mg/g。结论:该方法快速、简便,可精确测定连翘种子油纳米乳中β-蒎烯的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of β-pinene in Forsythia seed oil nanoemulsion. Methods: The GC method was used on a HP-5 capillary column (30 mm × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm). The temperature was programmed and the FID detector was used. The carrier gas was nitrogen. Results: The linearity of β-pinene was 0.453 2 ~ 2.266 0 mg / mL (R ~ 2 = 0.997 4). The average recoveries of β-pinene were 101.30% and RSD was 1.50% (n = 6 ), the average content of β-pinene is 232.87mg / g. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate for the determination of β-pinene in Forsythia seed oil nanoemulsion.
