目的研究慢性高血压妇女妊娠后并发子痫前期对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择慢性高血压孕妇166例,根据是否并发子痫前期分为子痫前期组(n=71)与对照组(n=95)。分析两组的孕妇并发症、分娩方式与妊娠结局、围产儿并发症。采用SPSS19.0统计软件对数据进行分析处理。结果子痫前期组胎盘早剥、剖宫产、足月分娩、早产、胎儿窘迫、围产儿死亡的发生率分别为7.04%、43.66%、60.56%、23.94%、25.35%、7.04%,对照组分别为1.05%、15.79%、90.53%、6.32%、3.16%、1.05%,两组比较,P均<0.05。结论慢性高血压妇女妊娠后并发子痫前期对孕产妇的全身器官造成损伤,导致不良妊娠结局,影响母婴健康。
Objective To study the effect of preeclampsia on pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with chronic hypertension. Methods 166 pregnant women with chronic hypertension were divided into preeclampsia group (n = 71) and control group (n = 95) according to whether they were complicated by preeclampsia. Analysis of two groups of pregnant women complications, mode of delivery and pregnancy outcomes, perinatal complications. Using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis and processing. Results The incidence of placental abruption, cesarean section, term delivery, premature labor, fetal distress and perinatal mortality in preeclampsia were 7.04%, 43.66%, 60.56%, 23.94%, 25.35% and 7.04% Respectively, 1.05%, 15.79%, 90.53%, 6.32%, 3.16%, 1.05%, P <0.05. Conclusions Chronic hypertension patients with preeclampsia may damage the whole body organs of pregnant women and lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes and affect their health.
