本文提出了用多道X射线荧光光谱仪分析建材非金属矿产地质样品的方法。该法采用熔融法制样,将NBSGSC程序计算出的理论α系数,用于熔融片体系中元素问吸收—增强效应的基体校正,分析结果令人满意。
This paper presents a multi-channel X-ray fluorescence spectrometer analysis of non-metallic mineral building materials geological samples. The method adopts the melting method to make sample, and the theoretical α coefficient calculated by the NBSGSC program is used for the substrate correction of the element absorption-enhancement effect in the melt sheet system, and the analysis result is satisfactory.
