目的采用树脂吸附法去除中药提取液中的重金属砷。方法在大孔吸附树脂和阴离子交换树脂对砷盐溶液的静态吸附实验基础上,选取D273、D293、D201、D201×7 4种阴离子交换树脂,以砷去除率、固形物量损失率和砷去除率/固形物量损失率3个参数为评价指标,考察了其对地黄水煎液中砷的去除作用,进而研究了D293树脂吸附过程中的各因素(流速、高径比、温度、药液浓度等)及其交互项对树脂吸附去除砷的影响,最后对D293树脂的重复使用性能进行了评价。结果 D293树脂对地黄水煎液中的砷的脱除效果最好,最大的砷去除率接近100%,动态吸附实验表明影响D293树脂吸附去除砷的主要因素是药液浓度、温度、流速。D293树脂重复使用了5次,砷去除率没有明显下降。结论阴离子交换树脂可以用于去除中药提取液中的重金属砷。
Objective To remove the heavy metal arsenic in traditional Chinese medicine extract by resin adsorption method. Methods Based on the static adsorption experiments of arsenic salt solution with macroporous adsorption resin and anion exchange resin, D273, D293, D201 and D201 × 7 anion exchange resins were selected to determine the arsenic removal rate, the loss rate of solid content and the arsenic removal rate / Solid loss rate of three indicators for the evaluation of indicators to examine the removal of arsenic in the decoction of Rehmannia glutinosa, and then study the D293 resin adsorption process of the various factors (flow rate, aspect ratio, temperature, concentration of liquid ) And their interaction items on the removal of arsenic by resin adsorption. Finally, the reusability of D293 resin was evaluated. Results The removal efficiency of arsenic in D293 resin was the best, and the maximum removal rate of arsenic was close to 100%. The dynamic adsorption experiments showed that the main factors affecting the removal of arsenic by D293 resin were liquid concentration, temperature and flow rate. D293 resin used repeatedly 5 times, arsenic removal rate did not decline significantly. Conclusion Anion exchange resins can be used to remove heavy metal arsenic in traditional Chinese medicine extract.
