坚定中国特色民族区域自治制度的制度自信——内蒙古自治区70年辉煌历程的回顾与思考

民族区域自治制度是我国的一项基本政治制度,作为模范自治区的内蒙古,将民族区域自治制度践行得最为出色。经过70年的辉煌历程,内蒙古自治区各项事业蒸蒸日上,最主要的原因在于中国特色民族区域自治制度发挥了重要作用。本文通过党的领导、自治区的建设、制度的完善几个方面,详细阐述了内蒙古自治区成立、改革、建设的历史瞬间与重大时刻,基于历史纵向分析与中外对比,得出民族区域制度是党和政府管理服务人民的最佳选择,彰显了民族区域自制制度的优越性,也论证了坚持制度自信是走上富强民主文明社会的必然选择。 The system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities is a basic political system in our country. As an exemplary autonomous region in Inner Mongolia, the system of ethnic regional autonomy is best practiced. After 70 years of glorious history, the most important reason for the rapid development of various undertakings in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region lies in the important role played by the system of ethnic regional autonomy with Chinese characteristics. This article elaborates the historical moments and momentous times of the founding, reform and construction of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through the construction of the party’s leadership, the construction of the autonomous region and the improvement of the system. Based on the historical longitudinal analysis and the comparison between China and the rest of the world, The best choice for the government to serve and serve the people shows the superiority of the system of self-government in ethnic regions. It also argues that upholding the system of self-confidence is the inevitable choice of going to a prosperous and democratic and civilized society.
