目的:总结分析眼眶炎性假瘤的CT表现,并对眼眶假瘤的CT分型进行探讨。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院10年间资料完整的眼眶假瘤46例。结果:泪腺炎型15例,7例双侧泪腺增大,8例单侧增大,密度均匀,边界清楚;前部假瘤5例,位于眼球后方,与眼球紧贴,边缘不清楚,密度不均,2例伴眼外肌增粗,1例伴视网膜脱落;后部假瘤6例,位于眶尖部,不规则,密度不均,沿视神经及眼外肌向前发展;弥漫型6例,充满眶内球后区,密度不均,眶内结构分界不清;肌炎型14例,单侧发病,累及一或两条肌肉,弥漫性增粗。结论:CT能明确病变部位、范围和对炎性假瘤的分型,并能跟踪观察疾病过程及评价治疗效果
Objective: To summarize and analyze the CT manifestations of orbital inflammatory pseudotumor, and discuss the CT classification of orbital pseudotumor. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital 10 years orbital integrity of 46 cases of orbital pseudotumor. Results: 15 cases of lacrimal gland inflammation, 7 cases of bilateral lacrimal gland enlargement, 8 cases of unilateral increase, uniform density, clear boundary; anterior pseudotumor in 5 cases, located in the back of the eyeball, close to the eyeball, the edge is not clear, the density 2 cases with extraocular muscle thickening, 1 case with retinal detachment; 6 posterior pseudotumor, located in the orbital apex, irregular, uneven density, along the optic nerve and extraocular muscles forward; diffuse 6 Cases, filled with orbital sphere, uneven density, orbital structure of the boundary is unclear; myositis in 14 cases, unilateral disease, involving one or two muscles, diffuse thickening. Conclusion: CT can identify the lesion, extent and types of inflammatory pseudotumor, and can follow the process of disease observation and evaluation of the treatment effect
