20 0 2年 10月间 ,福建省闽西 1所乡级中学发生了 1起伤寒水传暴发流行 ,14 0 0名师生发病 115例 ,罹患率为8 2 %。为了查明发病原因 ,尽快控制疫情 ,省市县卫生防疫工作队应急前往现场进行流行病学调查。 11月上旬后流行停息。现将结果报告如下。对象与方法 (1)对象 :共调查
In October 2002, 1 typhoid epidemic broke out in 1 township-level middle school in the western Fujian province of Fujian Province, and 115 teachers and students were found to have morbidity. The attack rate was 82%. In order to identify the cause of the disease, as soon as possible control of the epidemic, provincial and municipal health and epidemic prevention team went to the scene for epidemiological investigation.
