通过区域选择法制备了6-(三乙氧基硅基)直链淀粉衍生物,利用6-位上的三乙氧基硅基分子间缩聚将直链淀粉衍生物固定在硅球基质上,制备了交联型直链淀粉固定相。结果表明,采用分子间缩聚法制备交联型直链淀粉手性固定相具有制备简单、固定效率高的特点。考察了固定相手性拆分性能以及影响拆分能力的的因素。溶剂耐受性实验表明分子间缩聚法制备交联型直链淀粉手性固定相对四氢呋喃及氯仿流动相有良好的耐受能力。
The 6- (triethoxysilyl) amylose derivative was prepared by the region selection method, the amylose derivative was immobilized on the silica sphere matrix by the intermolecular polycondensation of triethoxysilyl on the 6-position, A crosslinked amylose stationary phase was prepared. The results show that the preparation of cross-linked amylose chiral stationary phase by intermolecular polycondensation has the advantages of simple preparation and high fixation efficiency. The factors that affect the chiral separation performance and the resolution ability of the stationary phase were investigated. Solvent tolerance experiments show that the intermolecular polycondensation method to prepare cross-linked amylose chiral stationary phase of tetrahydrofuran and chloroform mobile phase has good tolerance.
