针对埋弧带极堆焊层的夹渣缺陷,利用PT检测确定了夹渣的宏观分布,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜研究了夹渣缺陷的微观形貌,发现夹渣主要出现在堆焊层表面1mm范围,夹渣的出现对堆焊层的δ铁素体含量影响不大;能谱及XRD分析表明,夹渣主要是残存的熔渣,熔渣的形成与焊剂中的Si含量偏高及熔池太浅有直接关系。
Aiming at the slag inclusions in the submerged arc welding layer, the macroscopic distribution of slag inclusions was determined by PT. The microstructure of the inclusions was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. It was found that the inclusions mainly appeared on the surface of the surfacing layer 1mm. The appearance of slag inclusions has little effect on the δ-ferrite content of the overlay. The EDS and XRD results show that the slag inclusions are mainly residual slag, the formation of slag and the high content of Si in flux, Pond too shallow is directly related.
