为了观察乙二醛染毒后大鼠血及脏器中巯基含量的变化 ,应用经呼吸道气管灌注法染毒方法 ,测定总巯基 (T SH)和非蛋白巯基 (ND SH )的含量 ,据此算出蛋白巯基(PB SH)。结果表明 ,乙二醛可引起脑、肾中巯基含量下降 ,肝脏中NP SH含量有应激性增高的趋势。认为乙二醛对机体的毒作用与巯基含量变化有关
