所谓可靠性评定,也就是一种可靠性分析。在全面质量控制中它应在设计、试验、生产、贮存直至使用各个阶段中不断地进行。仪表装置的失效形式应分为两种:功能失效和致命性失效。所谓致命性失效是指仪表装置完全丧失其功能;而功能失效往往指仪表性能指标出现了超差现象,如放大器出现零点和灵敏度漂移现象,这并不意味着放大器完全丧失了功能,只需经过适当的调试有可能恢复性能要求。对仪表可靠性评定来讲,若仅涉及仪表的两种状态:工作和失效,其评定工作相对地讲比较容易,然而仪表的评定往往更需要了
