一、推广应用设备诊断技术概况 提高设备可靠性、安全性是搞好石化生产的关键。十几年的实践使我们深深体会到,推广应用设备状态监测诊断技术,不断改进维修方式,是防止设备事故,提高设备可靠性,确保生产装置安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷运行的重要手段,设备诊断技术的广泛应用将促进维修方式的改革,取得更大的经济效益。在推广应用设备诊断技术方面,我们公司经历了四个阶段。 1.1980年至1983年,从法国引进的一些大机组由于先天不足,故障多经常停车,严重威胁生产。我们利用现场实时振动分析诊断机械故障。采取现场动平衡等方法消除振动,维持运行。 2.从1984年开始,除到现场实时诊断故障外,还定期对关键设备巡回检查.实行趋势管理,提前采取对策,减少设备故障停车。1985年开始,对大机组实施特
