我国老人饮食中经常出现的两个误区,有的认为吃素有利于长寿,有的则认为常吃保健品能延缓衰老。针对这两个误区,浙江大学食品营养系专家对浙江省部分65岁以上的老人进行调查,结果显示,长期素食的老人虽然蛋白、维生素A、维生素C摄入充足,但单不饱和脂肪酸、叶酸、粗制碳水化合物、维生素B6、钙、镁等营养素明显低于推荐值。
