高技能的蓝领人才现在越来越受到社会的欢迎,而钳工作为其中的领跑者更是引领风骚。为此钳工技能的学习是很重要的,但学生在钳工的基本技能的学习和练习中,如锉削技能训练时极易疲劳,加上动作简单,内容枯燥,影响学生的积极性。本文总结了培养学生学习钳工锉削的一些方法,分析了教学中存在的问题和不足,并有针对性的提出了提高学生学习钳工的一些做法,即:明确学生目标、激发学生学习意愿;对钳工实训作目标分解,做到心中有数,从而培养基本操作技能打牢基础;培养感觉技能,锻炼学生的反应能力;并注重综合操作训练,对学生的成绩及时做出评价,激发学生的积极性。根据技工学校学生的特点,解决学生存在的实际问题。因材施教,使学生掌握一技之长,成为社会四化有用之才。
