本刊致力于“学习型组织理论研究”的传播已近七年。期间,目送这一新的管理理论从学者书斋走进企业班组,从偶现的节日焰火嬗变为夏日的正午阳光,愈多的企业像求贤若渴的行者,簇拥着“五项修炼”行走如飞,以至于使几许的行者渴望在先进中略整衣装……或许是蓄发、反刍与升华?或许是自省、调整与警觉?刊出此文只是激荡读者的发散思维而已。
The journal is committed to the dissemination of “learning organization theory” for nearly seven years. During this period, we witnessed this new management theory from the scholars studying fast into the corporate team, from the occasional festival fireworks to the noon sunshine in the summer, more companies like the thirst seekers, surrounded by “five cultivation” Walking so fast that so many wishers are eager to dress in advanced clothes... Perhaps they are storing hair, ruminating and sublimating? Perhaps it is introspection, adjustment, and vigilance. The publication of this article is merely stirring up the reader’s divergent thinking.
