《贵州省乡镇企业专业技术职务评聘工作实施办法》出台后,我省乡镇企业职称工作于去年下半年开始起动,经过逐级推荐和评审,现已有1310人分别获得了工程技术、建筑、经济等专业的中初级专业技术职务任职资格,今年的评审范围和级别将进一步扩大和提高,这标志着我省乡镇企业的职称工作有了一个良好的开端。但是由于我省乡镇企业具有小型、分散的特点,加之对职称工作缺乏广泛深入的宣传,各地对乡镇企业开展职评工作的重要性、必要性还缺乏足够的认识,因而工作发展不平衡,起动面不够宽。为此,我们要进一步提高思想认识,转变乡镇企业评不评职称照样发展的观念,从实施科教兴企战略和振兴农村经济的高度,充分认识搞好乡镇企业职称工作的重要性,加快工作步伐,以推动乡镇企业人才队伍建设。乡镇企业职称工作,是经济体制改革和社会发展的客观要求,是乡镇企业实现大发展大提高的需要。随着市场竞争的日益激烈和买方市场的形成,人才缺乏已成为制
