目的:探讨一枝黄花煎剂及其总黄酮、总皂苷的利尿作用。方法:采用家兔输尿管法研究一枝黄花煎剂、总黄酮及总皂苷的利尿作用,并用原子吸收分光光度计测定家兔尿中Na+、K+浓度,比较用药前后尿量与离子的变化。结果:一枝黄花煎剂和总皂可以显著提高家兔排尿量(P<0.01),产生较强的利尿作用,作用维持时间在2h以上;一枝黄花总黄酮可以明显提高家兔排尿量(P<0.05),产生明显利尿作用,作用时间在2h以内。一枝黄花煎剂、总黄酮、总皂苷均可使单位容积尿液中的尿Na+、尿K+排出量减少(P<0.05),表现为排水大于排钠排钾。结论:一枝黄花具有较强的利尿作用,一枝黄花总黄酮和总皂苷是一枝黄花发挥利尿作用的有效成分,且两成分之间在利尿作用方面可能有协同作用。一枝黄花及其总黄酮、总皂苷均可作为保钾利尿药使用。
Objective: To explore the diuretic effect of Solidago and its total flavonoids and total saponins. Methods: The rabbit ureter was used to study the diuretic effect of the decoction of total saponins, total flavonoids and total saponins. The concentrations of Na + and K + in urine of rabbits were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The changes of urine volume and ions before and after treatment were compared. Results: Solidago barbadensis decoction and total soap could significantly increase the amount of urine excretion in rabbits (P <0.01), produce strong diuretic effect and maintain the effect for more than 2 hours. The total flavonoids of Solidago canadensis significantly increased the urinary output of rabbits (P < 0.05), resulting in significant diuretic effect, the role of time within 2h. The results showed that the discharge of urine Na + and urine K + per unit volume of urine could be decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Solidago canadensis has a strong diuretic effect. Solidago canadensis flavonoids and total saponins are the active ingredients of Solidago canadensis for diuresis, and synergistic effects may exist between the two components in diuretic effects. Goldenrod and its total flavonoids, total saponins can be used as potassium diuretics.
