与传统媒体相比新媒体的传播形态发生了变革,新媒体的媒介传播技术和服务终端以及提供信息都不同于传统媒体。高校的就业工作也应该积极主动的去适应新媒体环境,调整以往的就业推介思路,利用新媒体中的微信、博客、微博、微视频和SNS社区等优化就业推介的路径,对现有的资源平台进行整合,精准定位高校就业推介,取得良好的互动口碑,实现联合互补。
Compared with the traditional media, the transmission of new media has changed. The media and service terminals of the new media and the information provided are all different from the traditional media.
