观察17例变应性鼻炎患者和14例正常人嗜碱粒细胞在受到尘螨抗原和刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)刺激后释放组胺的情况。结果表明:在各种浓度尘螨抗原刺激下,变应性鼻炎患者嗜碱粒细胞组胺释放率均明显高于正常人,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),不同浓度ConA诱导的嗜碱粒细胞组胺释放率,变应性鼻炎患者亦明显高于正常人,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。正常人血清总IgE浓度为170±13.1 IU/ml,变应性鼻炎患者血清总IgE浓度为479.3±27.1 IU/ml,两者均值差异有极显著性意义。变应性鼻炎患者血清总IgE值与
The histamine release was observed in 17 patients with allergic rhinitis and 14 normal basophils stimulated by dust mite antigen and concanavalin A (CONA). The results showed that basophil histamine release in allergic rhinitis patients was significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.01) at different concentrations of dust mite antigen stimulation. Alkaloid histamine release rate, allergic rhinitis patients were also significantly higher than normal, the difference was significant (P <0.01).
