国内外应用激光激发荧光于肿瘤的研究已有一定进展,但多采用血卟啉等光敏物质来鉴别肿瘤组织。对于肿瘤固有荧光的研究还刚开端,初步表明激光激发癌肿组织所观察到的特殊性荧光和光谱,可用于癌肿的早期诊断,对于各种病理因素与胃癌荧光光谱峰值变化的较系统研究报道较少。本文用新鲜胃癌手术标本为材料,检测固有荧光对胃癌诊断的价值,并着重分析一些病理学因素与荧光强度的关系。
