目的:探究手术室内骨科器械的有效管理方法,为临床应用提供参考。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年6月为研究时间段,将浙江医院手术室骨科器械管理模式由传统的护理管理模式,转变为专科、专人式的规范化护理管理模式,统计分析模式转变前后手术室器械准备错漏情况和医师对手术室护理的满意情况。结果:实施了规范化护理管理后,手术室骨科器械准备的错漏率明显降低,医师对骨科器械的护理管理的满意度显著提升,与之前的错漏率和满意度比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对骨科器械的多样化,可实施规范化的护理管理,有效降低手术器械在准备过程中的错漏率,也可有效提高医师满意度。
Objective: To explore the effective management of surgical room orthopedic instruments, for clinical reference. Methods: The study period from June 2014 to June 2016 was chosen as the study period. The orthopedic equipment management model of operating room in Zhejiang Hospital was changed from the traditional nursing management mode to a standardized nursing management mode of specialists and specialists. Statistical analysis was conducted before and after the pattern change Operating room equipment to prepare for mistakes and physicians satisfied with the operating room care. Results: After standardized nursing management, the error rate of orthopedic equipment preparation in operation room decreased significantly. The satisfaction of physicians in nursing management of orthopedic equipment increased significantly, which was significantly different from the previous error rate and satisfaction (P0.05) . Conclusion: According to the diversification of orthopedic instruments, standardized nursing management can be implemented, which can effectively reduce the error rate of surgical instruments in the preparation process and also improve the physician satisfaction.
