本文研究了高校双语课程师资建设存在的问题及解决对策。作者认为:1、制定双语课程师资建设规划需要研究专业学科的性质;2、双语师资建设需要明确双语教师进修任务;3、研究双语教师状况,确定双语教师教育路径;4、双语教师应该研究教学过程,改革教学方法与内容;5、高校需要建设双语师资团队,并成立双语教学研究机构;6、建立健全激励机制,保障双语师资建设;7、制定双语教师资格标准,保证双语师资质量。
This paper studies the existing problems and countermeasures in the construction of bilingual teachers in colleges and universities. The author believes that: 1, the development of bilingual curriculum teachers planning needs to study the nature of professional disciplines; 2, bilingual teachers need to clear bilingual teacher training tasks; 3, the study of bilingual teachers, to determine the bilingual education path; 4, bilingual teachers should study teaching Process, reform teaching methods and content; 5, colleges and universities need to build bilingual teachers team, and the establishment of bilingual teaching and research institutions; 6, establish and improve the incentive mechanism to protect the construction of bilingual teachers; 7, develop bilingual teacher qualification standards to ensure the quality of bilingual teachers.
