目的探讨如何预防乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死。方法对82例采用新的改进方法的乳腺癌根治术患者与对照组1210例乳腺癌根治术进行对比研究。结果改进组皮瓣坏死率为1%,对照组皮瓣坏死率为45%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用自制式阔面双刃水果刀分离皮瓣、单管间断负压引流+引流袋体位引流、一期植皮减轻腋窝皮瓣张力可预防术后皮瓣皮下积液、皮瓣坏死。 Objective To explore how to prevent skin flap necrosis after radical operation of breast cancer. Methods Twelve hundred and two breast cancer radical mastectomy patients treated with the new improved method were compared with 1210 cases of breast cancer radical mastectomy. Results The improved group flap necrosis rate was 1%, the control group flap necrosis rate was 45%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Self-made wide-face double-edged fruit knife is used to separate the flap, single-tube intermittent negative pressure drainage and drainage bag body drainage, and the first-stage skin grafting can reduce the subcutaneous effusion of skin flap and flap necrosis after the skin flap of axillary flap is relieved.
