研究用FTIR光谱测量系统反演气体浓度的方法,在WINDOWS操作系统下应用非线性最小二乘拟合算法实现了CO气体的定量分析。在FTIR光谱拟合中,使用HITRAN数据库中的光谱作为校准训练集,使测量的CO红外透过率谱与计算的参考光谱达到最佳拟合得到了该气体的浓度,反演结果的绝对准确度达到1%~5%。
In this paper, the method of inverse gas concentration measurement by FTIR spectrometer was studied. The CO gas was quantitatively analyzed by nonlinear least squares fitting algorithm under WINDOWS operating system. In the FTIR spectral fitting, the spectra in the HITRAN database were used as a calibration training set to best fit the measured CO infrared transmittance spectrum to the calculated reference spectrum to obtain the gas concentration, and the inversion results were absolutely accurate Degree of 1% to 5%.
