梁存东小组七年来一直是出色地完成任务，1958年梁存东同志被评为队的优秀生产者，出席过西安市直属机关社会主义青年积极分子大会，1961年被评为五好干部。1963年梁存东小组以政治思想好带动四好，生产上再次取得优质高产、提前四天、超额二十四平方公里、安全无事故地完成了任务，被评为五好小组，梁存东同志出席了黑龙江省工业、交通部门五好集体、五好职工代表大会。在新的一年里，梁存东小组继续坚持活学活用毛主席著作，热烈开展五好竞赛，发扬了充沛的革命干劲和革命的科学精神，三个月来取得了全部优良的成果和完成计划121.8％的出色成绩。这个小组的特点主要是：
