冲压增程炮弹中心锥支柱瞬态动力学分析

运用有限元软件Abuqus对冲压增程炮弹中心锥支柱在发射过程中的瞬态动力学特性进行了数值计算,分析了中心锥支柱在高过载下的应力应变特性的时间效应,并对支柱的强度进行了校核。结果表明:在0.006s时,支柱所受的应力和应变最大。发射过程中中心锥支柱的应力应变变化趋势与膛压曲线基本一致;中心锥支柱的结构强度能够满足火炮发射过程中高过载环境下的强度要求。研究结果对冲压增程炮弹的进气道结构设计具有重要的参考价值。 The transient dynamics characteristics of center cone pier of center of punching extended range projectile in launching process are numerically calculated by finite element software Abuqus. The time effect of stress and strain of center cone pier under high overload is analyzed, and the strength of the pier Checked. The results show that the stress and strain on the column are the largest at 0.006s. During the launching process, the stress-strain trend of center conical pillars is basically the same as that of bore pressure curve. The structural strength of center conical pillars can meet the requirement of strength under high overload environment during launching. The research results have important reference value for the design of the inlet structure of the ramjet extended projectile.
