用经放射线照射的曼氏血吸虫(Schistosoma mansoni)尾蚴感染的小鼠血清,对转移到硝化纤维素纸(nitrocellulose paper)上的曼氏血吸虫成虫可溶性抗原进行免疫检测,发现该血清明显识别成虫21KDa 可溶性抗原。将与此抗原结合的抗体洗脱,并用洗脱的抗体对曼氏血吸虫生活史各期的可溶性抗原进行酶联免疫吸附试验(EDISA),结果均为阳性。从而表明,曼氏血吸虫成虫21KDa 可溶性抗原是曼氏血吸虫成虫的确定抗原(defined antigen)。此抗原不是期待异的,而是曼氏血吸虫生活史中各个时期的共同抗原。本研究结果也说明,曼氏血吸虫成虫21KDa 可溶性抗原为曼氏血吸虫成虫的表面抗原。
Immunoassay of soluble antigen of adult Schistosoma mansoni transferred to nitrocellulose paper using irradiated mouse serum of irradiated Schistosoma mansoni cercariae revealed that the serum clearly recognized the adult 21KDa soluble antigen. The antibody bound to this antigen was eluted and the elution antibody was used to detect the soluble antigen of each stage of life history of Schistosoma mansoni by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EDISA). The results were positive. Thus, the adult 21KDa soluble antigen of Schistosoma mansoni is a defined antigen that is found in adults of Schistosoma mansoni. This antigen is not expected to be different, but Schistosoma mansoni life history of common antigens in various periods. The results of this study also show that the 21KDa soluble antigen of adult Schistosoma mansoni is the surface antigen of adult Schistosoma mansoni.
