在自然界广泛地存在着联合固氮作用及其相应的微生物,许多研究工作者正在对此进行广泛而深入的研究。我们对东北地区几种主要禾谷类大田作物玉米、高粱、小麦和谷子等进行了作物与微生物联合共生固氮作用的研究。 一、材料和方法 (一)培养基 1.H培养基成分 (克/立升):K_2HPO_4,0.8; KH_2PO_4,0.2;MgSO_4·7H_2O,0.2;NaCl,0.1;CaCl_2,0.02;FeCl_3,0.01;酵母片,0.2;苹果酸,3.0;葡萄糖,10.0,微量元素液,1.0ml;蒸镏水,1000ml,用NaOH调PH至6.0~6.5。
There are a wide range of combined nitrogen fixation and its corresponding microorganisms in nature, and many researchers are conducting extensive and in-depth research.
