在电力体制改革、市场竞争日益加剧的情况下,电力企业的持续发展离不开高素质的管理人才。中层管理者既作为执行者又作为领导者,他们对企业的发展起着重要的作用。所以,要为企业中层管理岗位选拔出合适且优秀的人才。鉴于中层管理者的重要性与目前电力企业中层管理人才选拔存在的问题,本文提出对中层管理人才采用对内公开的选拔方式。
With the reform of power system and increasingly intensified market competition, the continuous development of power enterprises can not be achieved without qualified management personnel. Middle managers act both as executives and leaders, and they play an important role in the development of an enterprise. Therefore, we should select suitable and outstanding talents for middle management posts of enterprises. In view of the importance of mid-level managers and the current problems in the selection of middle-level management talents in power enterprises, this paper proposes the selection of middle-level management talents in the open manner.
