1996年4月27日,本县一家肉联厂在宰后检验过程中,没严格执行《四部规程》,致使应做工业用或销毁处理的“米猪肉”高温处理后销往市场.现就调查处理、认定事实和适用法律条文谈几点体会.1 案由1996年4月27日.一顾客在市场购买熟猪肉,切割食用时发现有许多名象米粒样的白泡,怀疑是“米猪肉”,带部分肉样前来举报.我站监督员当即查验了举报人带来的3块熟肉.切块面积分别为5,7,8cm~2,每块都存在米粒状物,分别为3个、8个和11个.认定该熟肉确系“米猪肉”,并报领导批准决定立案调查.
