Applying Meshelics theory of Eshelby-Mori-Tanaka, we consider the influence of the interaction between the two types of particles. Considering the constitutive relationship between the particles and the matrix, more mesoscopic information is taken into account to establish a more reasonable composite Solid propellant viscoelastic constitutive equation
