以石英粉和铝矾土组成复合耐火骨料,在不同温度下进行烧结,使用BST401抗折弯仪测试烧结试样的抗弯强度,研究不同配比的耐火骨料的烧结性。研究表明,随着复合骨料中铝矾土含量的增加和烧结温度的升高,试样的抗弯强度都有增大的趋势。当铝矾土含量为60%、石英粉含量为40%、试样在1500℃时抗弯强度显著增大。并对烧结试样进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析,试样烧结良好,符合消失模铸钢涂料耐火骨料的要求。
The composite refractory aggregate was composed of quartz powder and bauxite and sintered at different temperatures. The flexural strength of the sintered samples was tested by BST401 bending resistance tester to study the sinterability of the different proportion of refractory aggregates. The results show that with the increase of bauxite content and sintering temperature in the composite aggregate, the flexural strength tends to increase. When the content of bauxite is 60% and the content of quartz powder is 40%, the bending strength of the sample increases significantly at 1500 ℃. And the sintered samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the samples sintered well, in line with the requirements of the fire-resistant aggregate of the lost foam steel coating.
