目的建立居住区大气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳测定的气相色谱标准方法。方法空气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳用活性炭管采集,经二硫化碳解吸后,毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,以峰面积定量计算。结果进样1μl时,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳检出限分别为:2.1×10~(-3)μg和2.6×10~(-3)μg;测定下限分别为:6.4×10~(-3)μg和8.1×10~(-3)μg;当使用活性炭管采样40 L,用1 ml二硫化碳解吸样品时,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的测定范围分别为0.17~40.0 mg/m~3,0.22~40.0 mg/m~3,重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~4.3%。3个浓度水平的加标回收率为92.6%~97.8%。结论本方法适用于居住区大气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳浓度的测定。也适用于室内空气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳浓度的测定。
Objective To establish a standard method for the determination of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in the atmosphere of a residential area by gas chromatography. Methods CHCl3 and carbon tetrachloride in the air were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide, separated by capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was used for quantitative calculation. Results The detection limits of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride were 2.1 × 10 ~ (-3) μg and 2.6 × 10 ~ (-3) μg, respectively. The limits of determination were 6.4 × 10 ~ -3) μg and 8.1 × 10 ~ (-3) μg, respectively. When 40 L sample was taken with active carbon tube and desorbed with 1 ml carbon disulfide, the determination range of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride were 0.17-40.0 mg / m ~ 3,0.22 ~ 40.0 mg / m ~ 3, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of repeated measurements ranged from 1.0% to 4.3%. The spiked recoveries of three concentration levels ranged from 92.6% to 97.8%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in the atmosphere of residential areas. Also applies to indoor air chloroform, carbon tetrachloride concentration determination.
