当前我国市场经济蓬勃发展,国有企业秉承“下岗分流、减员增效”的基本思想,积极推动了我国国有企业生产机制的成功转型。随着市场经济体制的不断完善,我国国有企业在思想政治工作与文化建设方面面临着新的挑战。本文首先阐述了班组思想政治工作创新与文化建设的必要性,然后讨论了班组思想政治工作创新与文化建设发展过程中所存在的一系列问题,并针对这些问题提出了相关的建议及意见。
At present, the vigorous development of China’s market economy and the fact that state-owned enterprises adhering to the basic idea of “separation from work, downsizing and efficiency enhancement” have promoted the successful transformation of the production system of state-owned enterprises in our country. With the continuous improvement of the market economy system, the state-owned enterprises in our country are facing new challenges in ideological and political work and cultural construction. This paper firstly elaborates the necessity of innovation and cultural construction of ideological and political work in the team and group, then discusses a series of problems existing in the ideological and political work innovation and cultural construction and development of the team and group, and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions on these issues.
