目的 观察前部缺血性视乳头病变(AIOP) 的睫状后短动脉血液动力学变化。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声追踪检测72 例(72 只眼) 前部缺血性视乳头病变睫状后短动脉各血流参数变化并与正常对照组进行对比分析,测定收缩期峰值速度、舒张末期血流速度,平均血流速度、阻力指数。结果 ①正常人组睫状后短动脉鼻侧及颞侧支血流参数比较,差异无显著性( P> 0 .05) 。②AIOP患眼睫状后短动脉各血流参数值与对照组有显著性差异( P<0 .05) 。③AIOP患眼治疗前后睫状后短动脉各血流参数值有显著性差异( P< 0.05)。结论 AIOP组的睫状后短动脉血流速度低于正常人组,证实了AIOP视乳头损害的血管学说。
Objective To observe the changes of short ciliary artery hemodynamics after anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AIOP). Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the changes of blood flow parameters in 72 cases (72 eyes) of anterior ischemic optic disc disease and compared with the normal control group. The peak systolic velocity and diastolic End blood flow velocity, mean blood flow velocity, resistance index. Results ① There was no significant difference in the parameters of blood flow between nasal and temporal branches of the posterior ciliary artery in normal subjects (P> 0.05). (2) The values of blood flow parameters of the short aorta in patients with IPOP were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0 .05). (3) The values of blood flow parameters of posterior ciliary artery before and after IPOP had significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The posterior ciliary artery shortening velocity in AIOP group is lower than that in normal people, which confirms the vascular theory of AIOP optic nerve damage.
