高压井口头作为水下井口头系统中最关键的承压部件,出厂前必须通进行静水压测试,但国内前期对此研究较少,亟待深入。鉴于此,在参考相关标准及工程调研的基础上,结合待测高压井口头结构,兼顾测试操作安全性及经济性,设计了一套高压井口头地面测试装置,顺利完成了测试并通过了DNV船级社现场认证,由此得出高压测试装置设计的几点建议:须考虑密封冗余,提高密封可靠性;须设计密封泄漏检测点,方便判断密封失效部位;尽量减小密封腔体积,以提高测试效率及测试安全;兼顾装配因素,须容易对中和调平,避免组装引起的密封损伤。该套测试装置的研制成功可为其他类似测试工装的设计提供借鉴与参考。
As the most critical pressure-bearing component in the underwater wellhead system, the high-pressure wellhead head must be hydrostatically tested before it leaves the factory. The successful development of this set of test devices can provide reference and reference for the design of other similar test fixtures.
