为政之要,在于用人；用人之要,在于知人。知人善用,是对组织部门工作的一项基本要求。江泽民同志曾经指出：“考察准确,任用干部就得当；考察失真,任用干部就必然失误。任用失误,则贻害无穷。”笔者结合近几年来的工作实际,对干部考察工作提出自己的一些看法。
Political needs, is to employ; to employ people, is to know people. Using people wisely is a basic requirement for the work of the organizational department. Comrade Jiang Zemin once pointed out: “It is inevitable for us to investigate accurately and appointing cadres when we examine distortion and appoint cadres, and make mistakes when we make appointments.” Based on the actual work in recent years, the author puts forward some opinions on cadre’s inspection work.
