新课程的实施,对传统的数学教学提出了许多新的挑战,而长期的数学教学中完善起来的传统的教学常规,又无法规范数学教学各个层面的操作问题。如何规范完善教师的教学行为,以达到学科教学的均衡与和谐,正是当前摆在每一位教育工作者面前的重要研究课题。
The implementation of the new curriculum poses many new challenges to the traditional mathematics teaching. However, the traditional teaching practices that have been perfected in the long-term mathematics teaching can not regulate the operational problems at all levels of mathematics teaching. How to standardize and perfect teachers’ teaching behavior so as to achieve the balance and harmony of subject teaching is exactly the important research topic which every educator is currently facing.
