在教育教学实践中,社会所倡导的理论层面的教学观与教师渗透在教学中的教学理念是有一定区别的。如果教师不能用理论方面的观念指导教学方面的观念,将会直接影响教师的教学行为。新课程需要新教法、新的课程观、新的学生观。传统的教学模式突出的是应试能力,不利于学生的发展。因此,教师要转变观念,以全新的视角看待课程、学生,用全新的方法落实新课程标准。
In the practice of education and teaching, the theory of teaching advocated by society is different from the teaching philosophy of teachers’ infiltration in teaching. If teachers can not use the concept of theory to guide the teaching concepts, it will directly affect the teaching of teachers. The new curriculum needs new teaching methods, new curriculum concept, new student concept. The traditional teaching model highlights the ability of exams is not conducive to the development of students. Therefore, teachers should change their mindset, look at the curriculum and students from a completely new perspective, and implement the new curriculum standard in a completely new way.
