从美国近几十年的历史看,与特朗普经济政策最具可比性和参照意义的是里根的经济政策。从周期性和结构性角度探讨里根经济政策实施的效果及经验教训,有助于预期特朗普经济政策的效果。里根的经济政策主张1981年1月年近古稀的里根就任美国第49届总统。其时美国经济处于再次衰退的前期,失业率继续上升,通胀水平居高不下。里根上任时需要解决的是经济困境中最复杂的一种问题——滞胀。
According to the history of the United States in recent decades, the most comparable and relevant reference to Trump’s economic policy is Reagan’s economic policy. The effects and lessons learned from the implementation of Reagan’s economic policies from a cyclical and structural point of view help to anticipate the effects of Trump’s economic policies. Reagan’s economic policy advocates January 1981 near the Reagan became the 49th president of the United States. At a time when the U.S. economy was in the early stages of another recession, the unemployment rate continued to rise and the level of inflation remained high. What Reagan needed to tackle when he took office was one of the most complicated problems in economic hardship - stagflation.
