渤海国上京龙泉府,在渤海五京中有着十分重要的地位。它在渤海立国的229年里,两度为都,时间累计约160年。上京龙泉府约建于公元737年至755年之间,因城临忽汗海,又名忽汗城。文王大钦茂在755年前后从中京显德府迁来上京,30余年后,又迁都至东京龙泉府,成王大华屿在794年前后再迁回上京,以后就把都城设在这里,直至渤海灭亡。 The Bohai Sea Shangquan Longquan House, Bohai Sea in Beijing has a very important position.
