介绍了新投运的燃烧福建无烟煤的循环流化床锅炉 ( CFB锅炉 )的设计特点 :采取了敷设长卫燃带、蒸发受热面布置于炉膛出口 ,增强抗磨损能力等 ,并对分离器的回料温度、返料点和返料量等设计不足进行了分析。工业实验结果显示 ,燃烧福建无烟煤的 3 5 t/h循环流化床锅炉 ,炉内添加石灰石的脱硫工艺是可行的。在 Ca/S比取 2 .5~ 3 .0、石灰石平均颗粒径取 0 .2~ 1 .0 mm时 ,可以取得较佳的脱硫运行效益
