随着油田三次采油措施的开展,入井流体不断增多,在油田污水处理系统中出现了大量粘稠物质,造成污水处理水质不达标,严重影响了污水处理和油田注水设备的正常工作。在对火烧山油田污水处理系统中粘稠物质形成机理和成分分析研究的基础上,筛选配制出了处理药剂,通过现场投加试验,较好地解决了系统中大量粘稠物质产生的问题。
With the implementation of tertiary recovery measures in the oilfield, fluid entering the well has been increasing. A large amount of viscous material has appeared in the sewage treatment system of the oilfield, resulting in the non-compliance of sewage treatment water quality, seriously affecting the normal operation of sewage treatment and oilfield water injection equipment. Based on the research on formation mechanism and composition analysis of viscous material in Huoshan oilfield sewage treatment system, the treatment agent was screened out and prepared, and the problems caused by a large amount of viscous material in the system were solved well by field test.
