针对大型钢铁企业炼钢一连铸生产调度过程难以控制的问题,将智能优化设定控制策略应用于炼钢一连铸生产调度过程中,将优化调度方法、专家系统、案例推理等技术相结合,研发了集调度计划编制、在线跟踪与调整、人机交互等功能为一体的调度软件。炼钢炉渣粉的填充对聚氯乙烯隔声材料的阻尼性能和力学性能也有一定的影响。通过比较,优化出炼钢软水密闭循环水处理工艺,可为新建同类水处理系统提供参考。根据对钢厂炼钢一连铸流程中各工序的功能及相互关系的分析,建立炼钢一连铸流程简化模型,从理论上分析转炉和连铸机主要参数应满足的衔接匹配要求优化脱硫提钒工艺,降低脱硫提钒铁损;优化复吹炼钢,减少渣中带铁,为了降低投资成本提高设备可靠性,采用激光气体分析技术开发出了新型炼钢转炉的动态控制软硬件系统,以取代昂贵的质谱仪气体分析法。建立了正在作业炉次的时间修正模型,构造了启发式方法进行求解,对于未作业炉次,建立了多目标非线性0-l整数规划模型。
