目的:总结我院中药师开展肝病临床药学服务的体会。方法:对临床药学的实践经验进行概括分析,从感性认识上升为理性认识。结果:运用专业知识开展中医药临床服务,可以收到良好效果。结论:开展临床药学工作,帮助医师正确选择药物,做好中药调剂工作,为住院患者建立药历,对处方进行回顾性分析,提供用药咨询,是药师的责任所在。
Objective: To sum up the experiences of pharmacists in our hospital in developing clinical pharmacy services for liver diseases. Methods: A general analysis of the practical experience of clinical pharmacy has been raised from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge. Results: The use of professional knowledge to develop clinical services for Chinese medicine can receive good results. Conclusion: It is the pharmacist’s responsibility to carry out clinical pharmacy work, help physicians to choose drugs correctly, do a good job in Chinese medicine preparation, establish medical records for inpatients, conduct a retrospective analysis of prescriptions, and provide advice on medication use.
